what is this about?

Cold-calling is tough. So many people can’t stomach the idea of calling strangers and asking them questions. What if they hang up on me? What if they are not interested? What if they don’t want to talk?

Your business depends on your sales people’s ability (and confidence) to talk to the right people and uncover needs which your products and services solve. If you are not winning new business, you are losing business.

I worked with MRP in Philadelphia and in Belfast making in excess of 150 calls per day, generating new business on behalf of Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle and other household brands.

I then managed a team doing just this before moving into Business Development for large accounts. I know what it takes to call strangers qualify them and produce quality leads from scratch.

I have learned the rules and know how to help your people to succeed.
